Simple Seasonal Suppers: Early Spring
Spring is upon us in the Northwest so let’s celebrate! You’ll learn basic cooking techniques including roasting vegetables, mixing and rolling fresh pasta, whisking a flavorful vinaigrette, and poaching eggs to perfection!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
