If some of the classic and traditional dishes seem a little far out of reach, come to The Kitchen to gain the confidence you need to conquer these holiday favorites!  Have you ever roasted a prime rib at home?  Learn the secret to a perfect roast every time, and learn how it may be one of your go-tos for a gathering.  Yorkshire pudding?  Just a simple popover – and we will show you how.  Easy ganache that works everytime?  If you understand the science behind working with chocolate, it will never be intimidating again.  A great night to kick off your holiday week!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
