Local Charcuterie Expert Lea Dixon from The Platter Girl is coming to help us step up our game!
Charcuterie platters, grazing tables, nosh boxes....whatever you call them, it is THE WAY to serve a spread for a crowd. But what about using the same ideas to create Charcuterie Boxes to give as a gift, or enjoy on the go? Local expert Lea Dixon (aka The Platter Girl) is coming back to The Kitchen to help make the perfect Gift Charcuterie Box to give or share with the ones you love for Valentine's Day! This class is a workshop, and you will leave with the perfect Charcuterie Gift box at the end of class. Don't worry....We will have plenty to Nosh on while you work together learning the planning, shopping & prepping tips to make creating charcuterie boards, tables & boxes for all your celebrations! Grab a friend and join us in The Kitchen next Monday, February 12th! (just before Valentine's Day!)
Although in this class you will take home what you create, we will have plenty of food to keep you fed during class! Enjoy a welcome cocktail and another glass of wine or beer with dinner.

Author of Show Boards and Mostly Plant Based Platters & Boards, Lea of The Platter Girl joins us at The Kitchen! She will share her tips for creating gorgeous platter and boards that are stylish and healthy.
