The smell of a slow cooked meal is the best ‘medicine’ when it’s cold & rainy outside.

Let’s explore some wintertime favorites like seafood chowder with fresh sourdough, braised lamb shepherd’s pie with cheddar biscuit crust, and warm pasta salad with salmon and chard. You’ll learn some essential basics like choosing cuts of meat for braising, and how to work with fresh seafood in soups.

As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner are included.  Additional wine and beer is available to purchase.
