Wind down with us on certain Friday afternoons with bites prepared by our team of chefs in our wood-fired oven and red barn kitchen. We use fresh ingredients sourced straight from our garden and surrounding farms. Adults can enjoy the sunset with a glass of something crisp while kids join the bustle of dinnertime on the farm!

Make the perfect Bourbon Caramel Sauce this holiday season 

Bourbon Caramel Sauce 
Makes 2 cups 

2 cups Sugar
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream 
Squeeze of lemon juice 
2 tablespoons cold butter 
4 tablespoons Bourbon 

Pour water into 2 quart sauce, pan, add sugar to the center of the pan to keep granules from adhering to the side of pan. Add lemon. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil until syrup is thick and straw colored, registering 300°F about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to medium continue to cook until sugar is amber and registers 350° about five minutes, remove from heat pour about 1/4 of cream into sugar syrup let bubbling subside add remaining cream, whisk gently smooth whiskey butter then whisk in bourbon whiskey let cool before serving.
