Exploring the Sea: Fish Cookery
February 23 @ 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
| $125.00Make a Positive Impact on Your Diet
Exploring the delicacies that the sea provides can have positive impacts on your diet. Fish, crustaceans, and shellfish are rich in minerals, and omegas offer a lean alternative to other meats, but they can be tricky to cook properly so they become a family favorite. Join us in The Kitchen to learn about fish and shellfish and how best to prepare them. You will walk away more confident incorporating different species of fish and shellfish into your weeknight meals. From watching how to break down a whole salmon, to learning to sear the most succulent scallop, you’ll be ready to head to the seafood market!
As always, class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barn wood tables. A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner is included.
