Foodies Night Out: Bites of South America
For most of us, the idea of South America sparks notions of adventure, vibrant color, fun and passion. Why not experience that through it’s unique and ancient cuisine?
This class will take you on an adventure from Venezuela to Patagonia, exploring new ingredients and flavors, which perhaps have never graced your pantry or your palate, but will open a door that will leave you wanting to plan a trip south.
We’ll teach you the basics of curing fish with citrus, make a complex and flavor filling for flaky pastry, and make you wish corn was good year-round. Plus, we’ll make sweet dulce de leche in a pinch!
