Summer is here! Join us and prepare a meal celebrating the start of a bountiful harvest season. We’ll spend time in our outdoor kitchen putting the perfect char on vegetables and explore dessert in our woodfired oven.

Inside, you’ll learn our secrets for a succulent side of salmon and the best way to handle the delicate summer produce. We won’t forget to create the dessert that it the perfect taste of Oregon by making flaky biscuits and topping them with early summer strawberries!
