Lets broaden our horizons with recipes from all over the Mediterranean, region! Yes we will make classics like Spanikopita, but we will also work with house made Haloumi, learn to poach fish, and who could resist homemade flatbread!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
