We’ll spike mussels with anise-y Pernod and wrap delicate white fish in parchment to create the most aromatic steam. You’ll learn to make the most beautiful version of ratatouille, carefully layering vegetables into a dish. Plus we’ll defy gravity with tall souffle and light-as-air chocolate mousse.
