A Night Out to Celebrate!
Come join us to learn the best of rich and delicious comfort foods for winter. You’ll learn the perfect technique for getting a golden crust on a scallop. You’ll learn the show-stopping art of whole roasted tenderloin of beef, and the best of sauces. We’ll dive in to gnocchi, using freshly made ricotta, one of the simplest of cheesemaking skills. To cap our evening, we’ll make a decadent dessert sure to please your palette.
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a wine tasting flight throughout the evening. Additional wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
