Foodie’s Night Out: Italian Spring
The food of Italy is rich with tradition and enticing ingredients. Let’s see if we can create the Italian menu of our dreams right here at The Kitchen!
You’ll learn how to make pillowy ricotta dumplings. We’ll teach the basics of working with fish and how to feel comfortable around an artichoke.
And don’t forget dessert! We’re making a classic Italian biscuit that lives up to its name – ugly but delicious!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
