It’s Tamale Time
Tamales are one of the most comforting travel foods you can get! Families all over Mexico, Central and South America, and all over the US dedicate time and bind as a family making these in a variety of styles to share with their loved ones. They even freeze well! We will go over different styles of dough and wrappers while you learn to make three different kinds of tamales!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a welcome beverage or bubbles upon arrival and another beverage with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
