Join us for an immersive wood-fired cooking class on the farm, where we’ll celebrate the best of autumn’s harvest with a delicious, seasonal menu. Guided by our chef team, you’ll learn the art of cooking with an open flame, using our wood-fired oven to enhance the natural flavors of each ingredient. Fruit…steak…bread…vegetables…cheese – we will cook it all and see how we can enhance your menus with just a bit of old fashion wood fire.

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
