Pickle in a Pinch

Pickle in a Pinch

Harvest season is here and ramping up each week! This summer started off with our summer squash and followed with tomatoes. This week it was 15lbs of cucumbers! What on earth are we going to do with all of them?

WHAT’S NEW

Our seeds are germinating well and looking strong in our garden. After harvesting our abundance of cucumbers, we adjusted our trellising to make it easier to see when the fruit is at the perfect size next time. We also are continuing to prep our beds for our next succession of fall planting by integrating small root vegetables throughout the garden to loosen soil and maximize yield.
