The Sun is Back!

All of our summer crops are responding nicely to some much-needed sun and it’s just about time to get our tomatoes and eggplants into the ground! With temperatures reaching the 80s this week it’s time to get the last of our beds planted and start harvesting our broccoli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and tropia onions.

We had a great time Saturday with our third gardening class learning about irrigation techniques and building amazing soil. If you would like to join us in the future to get some tips and tricks along with some starts to take for your garden we have a class the first Saturday of every month!

Our recipe this week is a great way to use your radish and snow peas. The cashew cream makes an amazing sauce for any salad or roasted vegetable dish also!
