And it’s not just a technique used for to give your meat that cravable falling-apart texture! We’ll also go over how to braise cabbage, taking it from sharp to sweet! As well as how to transform the average beans from your cupboard into a mouthwatering comfort food you can’t wait to make again! Paired with the perfect wine, this class is one you won’t want to miss!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
