The chefs cooking and teaching at Middleground Farms love their work, and the team of other hospitality professionals that all collaborate to make your experience special. But this is a time we won’t be collaborating – we are letting our individual chefs run wild making their dream food. The food that speaks to their heart when one pushes themselves creatively as an artist.

Come enjoy a night with Jessica Hansen, our fearless leader, as we invite her to take over the kitchen and create a one of a kind experience for our guests that closes out the first Chef Showcase series of it’s kind. She’ll be preparing a 5-7 course meal with an accompanying wine pairing curated by our sommelier.

A bit more about Chef Jessica

Jessica learned in her early 20s that taking care of people through cooking and hosting was her love language. Her passion for starting the farm was sparked years back when she became deeply interested in sourcing food locally and sustainably.

Middleground Farms embodies Jessica’s heart for community, fellowship, and good food. Her joy is bringing people closer to the source of their food and bringing people together around the table.

Chef Jessica will create a five (or so) course meal that is an expression of her favorite dishes and her cooking experiences. You will see seafood, duck & lamb in this menu…. check back for details!

Available Options

Three options are available:

  • Family-style seating at the Chef’s Table, limited to 20 people
  • Four bistro tables, accommodating two guests each
  • Wine barn, for up to 10 guests

Per Person Pricing

A per-person cost of $150, which includes dinner and pairings.  Gratuity is optional.

For Large Groups

If you have a party larger than 10, call The Kitchen at 503-746-3030 to allow us to assist you with your reservation.

Additional Considerations

Chef Jessica is pleased to offer options for guests with nut allergies, those following a vegan lifestyle, and those needing gluten-free choices. However, due to the nature this evening’s menu, we regret that we cannot guarantee accommodations for other dietary restrictions.
