Date Night: French Classics
The French culinary tradition is a long and very prideful one. They set the standard for our craft for hundreds of years, and most classically trained chefs have a wealth of experience in this area. We want to take that kind of intimidating rhetoric, and turn it on it’s head, showing you how easy it is to make these comfort food classics regularly. The menu may be a challenge to pronounce, but we promise it will be delicious to eat!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
