Foodie’s Night Out: Exploring Thai Curries
Thai cuisine is known for its beautiful curries, use of fresh chilis and all the good noodles. Let’s employ some of the cuisine’s fundamental techniques, coupled with winter staples to kick up the spice in The Kitchen.
We will teach you how to make a two fresh curry pastes from scratch, how to lean in to the sweet spices that Indian cuisine has influenced curry with, create condiments and additions to create texture and seasoning all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
