As it gets colder outside, let’s warm up our bodies and menus with the flavors of India. Explore the spices and traditional cooking methods that are common to the cuisine as we create dishes such as dal, naan, and samosas. You’ll enjoy autumn vegetables out of the garden with a delicious Indian twist.
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a welcome beverage or bubbles upon arrival and another beverage with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
