This class will take you on an adventure from Venezuela to Patagonia, exploring new ingredients and flavors, which perhaps have never graced your pantry or your palate, but will open a door that will leave you wanting to plan a trip south. We'll teach you the basics of curing fish with citrus, make a complex and flavor filling for flaky pastry, and make you wish corn was good year-round. Plus, we'll make sweet dulce de leche in a pinch! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
