Plant Based Meals: Bountiful Salads
A diet rich in foods from the earth doesn’t have to lack flavor and depth. We'll prepare a variety of green, potato, bean and grain salads with both classic and innovative flavor combinations.
Alexana Winemaker’s Dinner
The Kitchen at Middleground Farms - The Kitchen 4651 SW Homesteader Road, Wilsonville, OR, United StatesThis Winemakers Dinner features Alexana, situated in the heart of the Willamette Valley within the pristine dundee Hills AVA. The vineyard's 55 planted acres includes 18 different soil types an dsits between 320-650 feet. Eleven different clones of Pinot Noir, two different Chardonnay clones, and one clone of Pinot Gris are cultivated here.
