For most of us, the idea of South America sparks notions of adventure, vibrant color, fun and passion. Why not experience that through it' unique and ancient cuisine? This class will take you on an adventure from Venezuela to Patagonia, exploring new ingredients and flavors, which perhaps have never graced your pantry or your palate, but will open a door that will leave you wanting to plan a trip south. We'll teach you the basics of curing fish with citrus, make a complex and flavor filling for flaky pastry, and make you wish corn was good year-round. Plus, we'll make sweet dulce de leche in a pinch! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
What better way to spend a Sunday, than joining a friend or four and coming to the farm for brunch? You'll sip some sparkling wine while learning everything to know about how to conquer the intimidating, yet delicious menu favorite: Eggs Benedict. You'll learn the dough type and cooking method to make English muffins from scratch (!!!!), and in case you were looking for something more seasonal - we'll make a twisty benedict on a juicy tomato. We'll explore the many secrets to making a perfectly poached egg and a few ways to make a creamy, light and lemony hollandaise. Enjoy a glass of bubbly upon arrival and one with brunch as well!

We'll prepare a variety of vegetarian-friendly dishes with both classic and innovative flavor combinations. The recipes you’ll learn will be technique driven, meaning you’ll be able to apply what you learn to make many variations to last throughout the season. Each item could be a complete vegetarian meal in itself or be a fantastic accompaniment to your favorite protein. Join The Kitchen to explore the summertime garden! Inside, you'll learn our secrets for a succulent side of salmon and the best way to handle the delicate summer produce. We won't forget to create the dessert that it the perfect taste of Oregon by making flaky biscuits and topping them with early summer strawberries!Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

This Winemakers Dinner features
Join us to enjoy a leisurely summer happy hour alongside friends, family and neighbors prepared by our team of chefs in our wood-fired oven and red barn kitchen using ingredients sourced straight from our garden and surrounding farms. Adults can enjoy the sunset with a glass of something crisp while kids join the bustle of dinnertime on the farm!
Join us for the second event in our 2nd annual wine festival series at the farm this summer. We'll be outside on the farm sampling from 12 different local wineries with 24 wines to try! Dress in white, just like the wine!
