Summer in Tuscany with Chef Andrea Ribes

Join us for a truly magical evening as we welcome Chef Andrea Ribes, owner and chef of Osteria Il Fiasco in Florence, Italy, as he transports us through food to his home in Tuscany.

For more than three decades, Chef Andrea has welcomed guests into his highly rated family-run osteria, preparing the traditional dishes that have been passed down through generations. His cooking celebrates the heart of Tuscan cuisine—simple, seasonal ingredients transformed through time-honored techniques into meals that bring people together around the table.  After tasting his food, I knew The Kitchen would be a perfect place for him to cook.

This will be a night to remember, we will sit and relax, while Chef Andrea shares the techniques, traditions, and stories behind these classic recipes. While this is not a hands-on cooking class, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, ask questions, and experience authentic Tuscan hospitality.

Joining Chef Andrea is his longtime friend and translator, Father Daniel, a Catholic priest who will help bring Andrea’s stories, family traditions, and culinary philosophy to life throughout the evening.

Two options are available:

  • Family-style seating at the Chef’s Table, limited to 20 people
  • Five bistro tables, accommodating two guests each

Per Person Pricing

A per-person cost of $175, which includes dinner, wine, and gratuity.

For Large Groups

If you have a party larger than 10, call The Kitchen at 503-746-3030 to allow us to assist you with your reservation.
